After one year, she dropped out of Henry Ford College, where she was majoring in business management. Kash took up performing as a stripper to help provide for her family. Kash would rap for tips while working as a dancer, and soon, he was making money without even dancing.
Kash Doll started as a performer in Detroit area bars, schools, and charity events. Later, Kash Doll negotiated a contract with a Detroit-based music label, but the agreement ultimately fell through. After being released from her record label on July 16, 2018, she dropped an EP titled The Vault via digital distribution services. The EP's single "For Everybody" went viral online, with its accompanying music video amassing over 10 million views.
