Jose Davila worked his way up to the position of entertainment director at Club Med's opulent Huatulco, Mexico resort in 1992, after seven years as a lifeguard, land sports and tennis instructor, and sports director at the company's most exotic resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico, France, and the United States.
Jose was in charge of music and stage direction, the choreographers, costume designers, and sound and light technicians. Jose is an accomplished guitarist and singer with over 25 years of performing experience ranging from classical to contemporary to folk/rock. The artist, who has a flair for finessing the tune in various genres ranging from rock to soul to jazz to blues and beyond, also relished his time in the spotlight.
