Jordana Information
An American bedroom pop artist, Jordana Nye is best known simply by her first name. For many years, Nye's dad played the organ at the church. Nye took up the violin at her father's urging and eventually switched to the guitar. To celebrate her 18th birthday, Jordana published a Classical Notions of Happiness album. Grand Jury, an independent record company, approached her about signing after hearing the album and offering to re-release it in 2020 due to its critical acclaim and public interest.
Nye has revealed that he will drop an EP on June 30, 2020. The EP was published on July 31 and is titled Something to Say. NME rated the EP as a solid 4.0/5.0. It was revealed on September 15 that Nye would release a new EP named To You. Jordana's second full-length album, titled Something to Say... To You was compiled from her first two EPs. On December 4, the record was finally made available to the public. Jordana released her debut single, "Catch My Drift," through Grand Jury Music on February 8, 2022.
