Growing up in Adel, a sleepy little town in the middle of South Georgia, Jordan Rowe developed an early appreciation for music and a desire to pursue a career as a country music star.
Growing up on the great tunes of artists like Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Kenny Chesney, and more, Rowe's musical talent has always been a part of him. The critics have said that Rowe is "traditional as Alan Jackson, but as fresh, young, and fun as Jon Pardi," indicating that he gives a new, contemporary spin to classic country.
Rowe attended the University of Georgia, where he majored in agriculture and minored in agricultural and applied economics and music business. He would spend his breaks and weekends commuting from his college five hours away from the music metropolis to intern at River House Artists. Before relocating to Nashville in 2019, he started working with contemporary hit composers in country music like Ray Fulcher, Thomas Archer, and Cole Taylor.
The "small-town-born country upstart" (CMT) released his merchandise brand "Support Local Farmers" in 2021 to help support agricultural school scholarships. Rowe's first album, Bad Case of the Good Ole Boy, was released on August 6 and contains several up-and-coming musicians in Nashville and some of the genre's all-time greats.
