Itzy Information
Itzy is a female group from South Korea comprised of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. JYP Entertainment established the group. Their first album was released on February 12, 2019, marking their debut. They are the first K-pop girl group to achieve a "Rookie Grand Slam" with a slew of Music Awards.
Hits like "Cake" helped propel Itzy's eighth extended play (EP), Kill My Doubt, to a July 31, 2023, release. The quartet recorded music videos for B-sides "None of My Business" and "Bet on Me" on July 3 and 24, respectively, before the EP's release. On the day of the EP's release, the quintet hosted a showcase in the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium to promote it. Released on October 18, the album Ringo follows the February 2023 announcement of the group's first Japanese-language studio album, formally revealed on August 7.
As a result of her worry, Lia will be taking a break, according to JYP Entertainment's announcement on September 18, 2023. "Untouchable" was the lead song from Itzy's Born to Be, their second studio album released on January 8, 2024. Lia, on sabbatical at the moment, is one of the group members with their debut solo tunes on the studio album. The Born to Be World Tour, Itzy's second global tour, was announced on January 26, 2024. The tour begins in Seoul on February 24 and 25 at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium.
