Shaun Brockhurst (April 9, 1986) is an English DJ and dubstep producer. He originated from Towcester, Northamptonshire. He has also produced bass and drum under Sounds Destructive, Slum Dogz, and DJ Picto, professionally known by his stage name, Doctor P. His music incorporates various genres such as moombahcore, moombahton, glitch hop, drum and bass, and dubstep. Doctor P has collaborated with Method Man and Adam F to release “The Pit,” also used for the 2014 American comedy film trailer, Let’s Be Cops.
Doctor P is also the co-founder of Circus Records and Earl Falconer, DJ Swan-E, and Flux Pavilion. He has released such a huge list of remixes, including “3 (song by Britney Spears)”, “Sick Tonight (Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pop),” “Reasons (12th Planet)”, “Marmite (Caspa),” “Last Ones Standing (Example),” “Drunk (Ed Sheeran),” “How It Looks (Boy Kid Cloud),” “Music in Me (Roksonix),” and “Dark Matter (Brown & Gammon).”
