Chiddy Bang is an American rapper. Five of the duo's Myspace songs were featured on the popular music site Pretty Much Amazing in late February 2009. Shortly after, in April of 2009, the band played to a sold-out crowd at both Swarthmore and Middlebury schools, gaining some underground traction among music bloggers and local institutions.
In addition to sporadically releasing new music from the duo, Pretty Much Amazing also released their first free mixtape, The Swelly Express, in November 2009. Anamege freestyled for 9 hours, 18 minutes, and 22 seconds at the inaugural MTV O Music Awards on April 28, 2011, beating the previous record set by rapper M-Eighty by 15 minutes. As for the Longest Marathon Rapping session, Anamege had previously held the record for 8 hours and 45 minutes before breaking it and awarding it to himself.
Both "Here We Go" from their EP The Preview, which features Q-Tip of hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest, and "Mind Your Manners," which features Swedish electropop duo Icona Pop, can be heard in the video games NBA 2K12 and Madden NFL 12, respectively.
