Charlotte Hall Dos Santos (1990) is a Brazilian-Norwegian jazz vocalist, arranger, and composer. She was born in Norway. Dos Santos was raised in Baerum by his Norwegian mother and Brazilian father. His mother is Norwegian, and his father is Brazilian. From 2013–2016, she was a student at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where she studied Contemporary Writing and Production and Vocal Jazz Performance. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in both of these areas.
"South American customs, jazz, neo-soul, and excellent beats, with music history samples in a vivid way" is how one critic described her musical style. Dos Santos issued her debut solo extended play (EP) titled "Cleo" in 2017 under the label Fresh Selects. The EP was met with favorable reactions from Norwegian media outlets.
