Angie Aparo is an American musician, singer, and songwriter born in Atlanta, Georgia. His music is defined as pop, rock, and folk music. Aparo started to play music in the early 1990s with a group named Angie’s Hope. Soon, he decided to go solo and went out on the road tour with his acoustic guitar. His first CD came out in 1996 entitled Out of the Everywhere. The discography was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, at the David Briggs Studio.
In 1999, Aparo released another album named The American with Grammy-winning producer Matt Serletic. The album included a single entitled “Spaceship’ that hit radio waves in 2000. Some of the other notable songs of the album were “Cry” and “Free Man.” The songs were also on a live CD 9Live from a performance for Atlanta radio station 99X in 2004. “Free Man” was featured on an iTunes-only soundtrack release meant for an HBO documentary recounting Barack Obama elections. Some of his notable studio albums are El Primero Del Tres (2006) and Praise Be (2006). Aparo also contributed to a song named “Junkyard” with the Zac Brown Band.
