Amir Tiilard (February 23, 1991) is an American rapper professionally known by his stage name, AmirSaysNothing. He was born in New York. When he was 18 years old, he relocated to LA to pursue his dream of being a professional skateboarder. Supra still supports him despite switching to music.
Amir first began rapping in high school, and at the age of 21, he began to take it seriously. On May 19, 2015, he released the Medium Rare EP, his debut work. About a year later, on June 24, 2016, his debut album, Employee of the Month, made its Noisey debut. On September 23, 2016, it was made available on all other streaming services.
Two of his songs were included in the Sleight soundtrack, released on Lakeshore Records on May 12, 2017, among his other musical accomplishments. He has close ties to Rhymesayers Entertainment and contributed to the song "What I Need" on Evidence's 2018 album Weather or Not, earning a writing credit. Slug of Atmosphere referred to Amir by name on the track "Ringo" from the group's 2016 album Fishing Blues.
