Chris Porter is an American comedian who is well-known for being a finalist on Last Comic Standing season four. Porter is known for bringing an authentic stand-up experience to the live shows. His show is free from sound cues, puppets, and catchphrases, yet they are full of gut-wrenching laughter. The humor is drawn from his very own personal experience along with observations.
Porter has appeared on Comedy Central's Live Tour, The Bob & Tom Show, and a few others. He was seen Live at Gotham in Summer 2006, and in 2009, Chris Porter made a prominent appearance on Comedy Central Presents. He released a comedy special in 2014 entitled "Chris Porter: Ugly and Angry" that was top-rated on Netflix for three years. "Man From Kansas" is the follow-up comedy special by Porter that was released in 2019.
Porter's other notable comedy collections include 'Lost & Alone' and 'Screaming From the Cosmos.' Porter has made appearances at Tommy Chong's Comedy @ 420 on Showtime and has frequented various events at the Arsenio Hall Show and Comedy.TV.
