Andy Haynes is an American comedian born in the shadows of the volcano, Mt. Rainier. Haynes started his career with a poorly planned career in skiing but had two knee surgeries due to the sport.
Andy began doing stand-up comedy and never stopped after he quit his professional skiing career. In Washington D.C., he did a stint, and right after that, he moved to New York. He performed at the 2012 JFL New Faces Showcase and appeared on Late Nite with Jimmy Fallon. Eventually, he relocated to Los Angeles.
Andy has been performing as a full-time comedian for the past six years. He performs on Conan, which is his Comedy Central half-hour special. He also writes for several television shows. Additionally, Andy has worked in a few commercial ads; one of them is a very prestigious Rent-A-Car ad. These days, he splits his time between New York City and Los Angeles, depending on wherever he gets a gig to make jokes. Andy is also a regular contestant at the Comedy Store and The Comedy Cellar.
