Sensi Trails is an American band that originated from Outerbanks, NC, and later relocated to Ocean Beach. The group was founded in 2016, and its music is defined as reggae. The current lineup of the band consists of Kaya Hall (bass), Kyle Rising (guitar, vocals), Mike Root (keyboardist), and Jordan Starke (drums). The three collaborated with well-known artists and producers such as E.N Young and KBong. Since its inception, Sensi Trails has been playfully blurring the lines between psychedelic rock, surf, and reggae.
Sensi Trails released its debut EP entitled Prohibition in 2017. It was followed by a single featuring KBong entitled “Just Livin” in 2018 and then “She Love” in the summer of 2019. The lead singer and guitarist Kyle Rising planned to relocate from Outerbanks, North Carolina, to San Diego, California and met Jordan Starke and Kaya Hall. The entry of these two added a new layer of lush sound. Later he met keyboardist Root, and the lineup was complete.
These skilled musicians come from different cities, have unique backgrounds, and are fond of different music styles. They were united by their passion for music and their affection for reggae. The debut album by the band was a perfect blend of on-point rhythm, soulful lyrics, booming bass, and tasty melodies. The band is famous for its catchy songs and infectious vibes chemistry. The group members travel the open road to play and spread their music to the entire world.
