NTO - DJ Information
A young man from the south of France who was permanently glued to his guitar and the emerging genres of electronic and dance music formed the nucleus of NTO. At eighteen, NTO attended the Sziget Festival and became a regular at the famed club's La Villa Rouge and Bar Live in the South of France. During this period, Anthony Favier would spend evenings listening to the likes of Stephan Bodzin, James Holden, and the nascent Paul Kalkbrenner, who he describes as "my biggest music obsession of all time." Without the typical intermediate DJ stage, he will be inspired to develop and produce music by the evocative power of music, the strong kicks, and the unifying environment of dance floors.
His relationship with Worakls and Joachim Pastor, with whom he co-founded Hungry Music in 2013, is an integral part of the NTO backstory. At the Vieilles Charrues Festival, they all performed on the Olympia stage, where they honed their stagecraft and won over a generation of fans who would always be devoted to them. NTO's career took off internationally due to the success of his singles "Trauma" and "La clé des champs," which have been streamed millions of times across digital service providers.
The next phase of NTO's professional life begins today. His melodies, filtered via deep basses and lysergic harmonies, shine brighter than ever as they surfaced from the ocean depths. The debut album by NTO will be released on October 8, 2021.
