Jonathan Antoine Information
Jonathan Antoine (January 13, 1995) is an English tenor trained classically and was born in Essex, England. Antoine enrolled at West Hatch High School in Chigwell at the age of 11. There he met his singing coach Jenny Ewington who was also the head of music Ginette Brown. According to Antoine, he had started taking lessons with Mrs. Ewington. At the 2010 Stratford and East London Music Festival, Antoine had to perform, and Ewington selected a song for him from Les Miserables, entitled “Bring Him Home.”
Antoine gained fame after he appeared on the sixth series of Britain’s Got Talent as one half of the duo, Jonathan and Charlotte in 2012. After many struggles in his career, Antoine went solo and released his debut album entitled “Tenor.” The album was released in the UK on October 13, 2014. His next album entitled “Believe” was released on August 19, 2016. Jonathan Antoine has worked with a few record labels, including Syco Records, Sony Classical Records, and Cavendish Records.
