Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is a community center for performing arts which are located at 1415 14 Avenue, NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The venue is under the ownership of the Government of Alberta. The theater was opened for the general public in 1955 to celebrate the 50 years of Alberta. The center underwent renovation in the year 2004, costing a total amount of $91 million and was reopened in 2005. It has a seating capacity of 2,538 people at a time. The Auditorium is home to an opera company, a ballet company and annual commemoration ceremonies of a Canadian non-profit organization named the Calgary Opera, Alberta Ballet, and the Canadian Legion.
