Fox Theatre Boulder is a live music club located in Boulder, Colorado. The venue is situated on "The Hill," a commercial, bar, restaurant, and club district in Boulder. The Fox Theater opened for the local public on March 6, 1992. A performance from The Meters accompanied the opening of the venue. The venue was started by the famous James and Charles Hambleton, Jon O'Leary, Don Strasburg, Dave MacKenzie, and Dicke Sidman.

Fox Theatre Boulder is well-known for serving as a host to many local acts such as Yonder Mountain String Band, Leftover Salmon, Air Dubai, The Fray, Kyle Hollingsworth Band, The Drunken Hearts, Jet Edison, and The Magic Beans. There is a long list of other global artists who have blessed the stage and the Fox Theatre Boulder history. A few include Sheryl Crow, Phish, Sugarcult, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Bonnie Raitt, Willie Nelson, The Killers, Jack Johnson, The Fray, Snoop Dogg, Method Man, Skrillex, Wu-Tang Clan, Deadmau5, Fishbone, and The Chainsmokers.
