John Euliano Park - Orlando FL
Arizona State Sun Devils at UCF Knights Baseball
John Euliano Park is an American baseball stadium in Orlando, Florida. The venue is situated on the main campus of the University of Central Florida. The stadium serves as the home field to the UCF Knights baseball team. The venue opened for the public on February 3, 2001, with a seating capacity of 2,230 at the time. It was originally named after the former head coach of the team, Jay Bergman, until August 22, 2016. Later on, it was renamed to honor alumni John Euliano. The park is owned and operated by the University of Central Florida, and, currently, the venue has a seating capacity of 3,900.
Euliano had given UCF Athletics a gift of $1.5 million for the park's renovation. The most recent renovation done at the park was during the 2017 season. The first phase of a two-phase expansion began in late 2011. It was then designed to increase the total capacity of the venue from 1,800 to 4,180. The first phase of the expansion involved the construction of new lower-level bleachers. Approximately 1,000 additional fans could be accommodated on grass berms after the expansion.
On the completion of the 2017 expansion, Euliano Park was seeded by John Euliano, including a new Home Plate Tower that had 300 club seats as well as an air-conditioned lounge and a roof over the third base bleachers.
