The American Music Theatre is a live music venue located at 2425 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The theater opened to the general public in1997. It has a seating capacity of approximately 1,600 people. Currently, the theater is under the ownership of Jim Martin. Cornerstone design-architects design the architecture of the American Music Theater.
The American Music Theatre is known to be the only theater in America that hosts not only international concerts but also organizes original shows. Other than this, the theater hosts a wide variety of events that include comedy shows, live acts, and musical shows. The venue hosts about 300 live performances annually. The famous performers who performed at the stage here include Aaron Lewis, Charley Pride, Josh Turner, and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
Tickets for any upcoming events can be purchased from the Box Office of the American Music Theatre Lancaster. The Box Office timings vary for every month. However, from January till September, tickets can be purchased from Monday through Friday: 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays: 9 am to 5 pm.
