Corteva Coliseum - Indianapolis IN
2026 HBCU All-Star Game Experience
The Indiana Farmers Coliseum is an indoor multi-use arena in Indianapolis, home to the IUPUI Jaguars of the NCAA and Indy Fuel of the ECHL. Initially, it was opened in 1939 for the public as a Works Progress Administration for President Franklin D. Roosevelt, designed by Populous architect. Thus far, Coliseum has hosted numerous historical events that include the only performances in Indiana by The Beatles in 1964.
The Indiana Farmers Coliseum has a seating capacity of 6,800 for basketball and 6,200 for hockey. While the coliseum opened in August 1939, it remained closed from October 29, 2012, to April 23, 2014, for construction purposes. The Indiana Mutual Insurance Company signed a ten-year agreement with the Indiana State Fair Commission to re-christen the arena as the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The Indiana Farmers Coliseum was also the home venue to the Indiana Pacers of the American Basketball Association from 1967 to 1974.
The Indiana Farmers Coliseum hosts a variety of events from Budweiser Fight Night Boxing, high school and college commencement ceremonies, the Hoosier Horse Fair, to the Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show. Patrons can also enjoy ice skating at the coliseum during the winter months.
