The Fillmore in Charlotte is located at 820 Hamilton Street, Charlotte, North Carolina. The venue opened its doors for the general public in 2009. It is a standing venue where you can’t have proper seats, but you are still provided with the seat and the row number (you are not bound to stick with a particular spot). The arena host hundreds of events every year that include live music and many other events to entertain the audience. The venue looks very historic with its vintage posters of legendary live performances which are posted in the interior of the arena, red oak hardwood floors, magnificent chandeliers, and its red-painted interior really sooth your eyes.

Some of the important milestones this venue has achieved so far are the performances by top artists such as Trey Anastasio, Rock the Voter that featuring Foo Fighters, Flaming Lips, etc. All these milestones were achieved in the year 2012. In 2011, the arena featured Kesha, Girl Talk, Grace Potter, and the Band of Horses. Not only this but in 2010 this venue also presented Dropkick Murphys and Them Crooked Vultures’ performances.
