It opened for the public on December 10, 2004. The venue consists of 310 rooms along with suites. It is one of the largest casinos in California, having the tallest building in both the larger Inland Empire region and Riverside County. The casino follows a 1960s theme and has a total gaming space of 150,000 sq ft.
