Buffalo Bill Rodeo Nebraskaland Grounds - Wild West Arena North Platte

Nebraskaland Grounds at Wild West Arena is a rodeo and entertainment venue located in North Platte, Nebraska. For almost 50 long years, the Wild West Arena has been home to NEBRASKAland DAYS. The venue works with a mission to ensure that the facility and grounds are planned, maintained, developed, and conserved. Recently, the grounds were added with a beautiful new club building in 2018. Nebraskaland Days was founded by the Game and Parks Commission in 1967. It is the state’s biggest celebration, including the rodeo, a musical presentation, a parade, and a beauty pageant. All these events take place in Nebraskaland Grounds.

Nebraskaland Grounds at Wild West Arena was completed in 1971. Since its inception, the Nebraskaland Days continues to be a source of tradition and true community pride, winning many awards for its massive efforts. In 2008, the Buffalo Bill Rodeo Committee was inaugurated to the famous Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame. The celebration is known to have an impact of $21.5 million for the Lincoln County economy annually. The Wild West Arena is said to be central to that impact.

Nebraskaland Grounds at Wild West Arena is under the management of the Wild West Arena Foundation. Every year, the two famous online giving periods held at this platform include North Platte Giving Day and Black Friday through New Year’s Eve.
